Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Roots Outlet purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the following policy.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. These include intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us for a Return Authorization. Please include your original order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with details about the product you would like to exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
