Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment verification is completed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully recorded in our system.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Ground Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery timeframes commence from the shipment date and do not include order processing duration. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays due to weather conditions or high volume periods.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the contiguous United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping services to other destinations at this time. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian remote locations may require additional transit time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your selected shipping method, delivery destination, and total order weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment authorization. We frequently offer complimentary standard shipping for orders exceeding a specified amount, which will be clearly promoted on our website.
Order Tracking
Following order shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s transit status. You may also access tracking information by logging into your customer account through our website.
Special Shipping Considerations
We can deliver to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) using our Standard Ground Shipping service only. Expedited and Express shipping methods are unavailable for these delivery locations due to carrier restrictions.
Address Verification
Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout. We cannot assume responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during purchase. If a shipment is returned due to address errors, additional shipping charges will apply for order reshipment.
Delivery Issues
In the rare circumstance that your tracking information indicates delivery completion but you haven’t received your package, we recommend checking with household members and your local postal carrier. For persistent delivery concerns, please contact our customer service team for further investigation and resolution. Additional handling time may be required during holiday seasons and promotional events.
